CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SHIRLEY BALL <br /> SA-92-0037 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> This approval will expire twelve (12) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. This approval shall be for the temporary construction <br /> trailers and other associated uses shown on the approved <br /> Site Plan. <br /> b. The approval shall be for a one (1) year period ending on <br /> July 20, 1993 . <br /> C. All structures shall be removed from the project site and <br /> the approved use be terminated no later than July 20, <br /> 1993 . <br /> d. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. Night lighting for the approved use shall be directed <br /> away from adjacent properties, Linne Road, and the Tracy <br /> Municipal Airport. All lighting shall be shielded to <br /> prevent interference with night operations at the <br /> Airport. <br /> f. All parking areas shall be designated to provide for <br /> orderly use. There shall be no truck or automobile <br /> parking associated with the approved use on Linne Road. <br /> g. Appropriate permits shall be required from the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration prior to the installation of the <br /> facility' s communications tower. <br />
