SA-93-07 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> OF GURMAIL JAGPAL PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> This is a Site Approval Application to permit the parking of seven <br /> (7) trucks and trailers. The site is located on the south side of <br /> Linne Road, 680 feet east of Tracy Boulevard, south of Tracy. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval is to permit the parking of seven (7) <br /> trucks and trailers. <br /> 2 . Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for <br />
