An office shall be required as a part of this approval. <br /> The existing residence may be used for the office <br /> provided the conversion will meet the requirements for <br /> the Building Inspection Division. <br /> 4 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> for the approved use prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 5 . A total of three (3) parking spaces shall be provided and <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. The size of the parking <br /> spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1015 (b) of the Development Title . <br /> 6. Driveway width at the ultimate right of way shall be <br /> forty (40) feet maximum. The easterly entrance shall be striped and have signage <br /> posted for entrance only. The westerly exit gate shall <br /> be striped and signage posted for exit only. <br /> 9 . All automobile parking spaces and all major circulation <br /> drive lanes (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a minimum of two (2) inches <br /> of asphalt concrete over an appropriate base, or four (4) <br /> inches of Portland cement concrete over an appropriate <br /> base. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties.
