Jagpal APN: 253-120-35 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Dedication to result in an 84-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> northerly right-of-way line of Linne Road to the property line <br /> shall be required across the frontage of APN 253-120-35. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 2 .
