(EDR)was contracted to complete a search of electronic <br /> governmental environmental records for the Property and nearby areas within the ASTM- <br /> specified search radii. (See Section 3.1 for details.) The complete environmental database <br /> report is provided as Appendix D. <br /> The database search was supplemented with inquiries with appropriate regulatory agencies <br /> and municipalities regarding the Property, and to the extent practicable, adjacent properties. <br /> Inquiries were made with regulatory agencies with regard to basic environmental regulatory <br /> compliance issues for the subject Property. <br /> Task 4 <br /> Preliminary wetlands, asbestos, PCB, and radon gas reviews were performed based on <br /> observations of the site reconnaissance, property location, the age(s) of the buildings, <br /> building materials, discussions with the owner/tenant/operator and the local utility company, <br /> and the results of the database search described as Task 3. <br /> Task 5 <br /> The findings have been documented in this report, which includes our professional opinion <br /> as to the environmental disposition of the Property with regard to the presence of Recognized <br /> Environmental Conditions or other potential environmental concerns. <br /> 2937 Veneman Ave.,#B240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc.
