On Septamber 4. 1970, 8•5/811, 24 lb. surface casing was eemested in a 12}11 hole <br /> at 10201 with 400 sacks of eetmnt mixed with 4% gal followed b7 100 sacks of <br /> Cement treated with 3% CAC12. Cement returned to the surface. <br /> 2. A 7.7/911 hole was drilled to 500D1. <br /> 3. On September 9, 19701 60 sacks of cement treated with 3% C&Clp was pumped into <br /> the hole through drill pipe ha"ing at 10701 calculated to full to 8941. <br /> THE =GMM NOTED THAT THE CENEIfP PLUG AT THE DEPTH OF 9401 SUPPORTED ALL OF THE <br /> WZIOt1T OF THE DRILL PIPE. <br /> THE LOCATION AND HASSM.SS OF THE CEMENT PLUG AT 9401 ARE APPROVED. <br /> The issuance of this report has been delayed pending receipt of notice to abandon <br /> on October 29, 1970. <br /> PWIJS <br /> P.
