First 100 sacks <br /> treated 0.75% CFR-2. Last 140 sacks treated 3% calcium chloride. Ran 50 cf <br /> water and 50 cf mud flush ahead. Used 1 top and 1 bottom rubber plug. Bumped <br /> plugs to 1000 psi at 10:10 A.M. 11/28/70. Halliburton. Calculated top annular <br /> cement: 3035' . Top fillup collar: 4065' . Casing equipped with Davis-Lynch <br /> guide shoe and fillup collar at top of second joint. Used 4 Antelope solidifiers <br /> on shoe joint and 3 solidifiers per joint on next 9 joints, Bakerlok'd shoe. <br /> Landed casing and installed tubing spool with secondary seal. Tested seals <br /> to 3000 psi, okay. Installed BODE. Closed blind rams and shut well in at <br /> 5:00 P.M. 11/28/70. <br /> 11/29/70 Idle. Waiting on cement. <br /> 11/30/70 Resumed 8:00 A.M. 11/30/70. Changed pipe rams . Set in rotary table. Picked <br /> up tubing open-ended and measured in to top of fillup collar. Tagged collar at <br /> 3p, yp.. i� 4065' . Broke circulation at 2000' while running in. Circulated and conditioned <br /> - mud at 40"' . Pulled tubing. Ran McCullough combination neutron-correlation <br /> and cement-bond log from 4050' to 3000' . Tagged top of fillup collar at 4056' . Good <br /> bond indicated from 4050' to 3700' with top annular cement at 3080' . <br /> 12/1/70 Jet perforated 4-1/2" casing with 4 holes at 3945' by McCullough using 3-1/8" O.D. <br /> super dynajet gun. Ran Halliburton hydrospring tester on 2-3/8" tubing, dry. <br /> Set packer at 3923' with perforated tail to 3936' . Opened 3/8" BHC at 6:05 A.M. <br /> 12/1/70. Had no blow throughout 1 hour test. Closed tool and re-opened at <br /> 7:07 A.M. Had light puff of air then dead for balance of 15 minute supplemental <br /> test. Pulled tools and recovered 8' rise normal mud. Pressure bomb charts <br /> showed tester functioned properly. WSO test witnessed and approved by DOG. <br /> Rigged up McCullough and jet perforated 4-1/2" casing 4H/F 3959'-3964' and <br /> 3973' to 3981' . Ran 2-3/8" tubing open-ended and landed on donut at 3986' . <br /> Tore out BOPE and installed tree. Started injecting nitrogen down tubing at <br /> 5:50 P.M. Well on its own at 6:10 P.M. after injecting a total of 21,000 SCF <br /> nitrogen. Unloaded well to sump on 3/4" choke nipple and cleaned up on stack <br /> to a medium to heavy mud mist on a 5/16" choke nipple at a final rate of <br /> 1800 MCFD with pressures 675 psi/1025 psi. Closed well in and released rig <br /> at 6:00 P.M. 12/1/70. <br /> Tubing Detail: <br /> K.B. to tubing head 12.00' <br /> 129 joints 2-3/8" 0.D. 4.70# J-55 8 rd £UE 3974.03' <br /> Tubing depth K.B. : 3986.03' <br />
