Data 9/14/70 Beeline Drilling Co. moved in Rig #1 and rigged up. Fay Collins, toolpusher. Spudded in at 7:00 P.M. 9/14/70 and drilled 12-1/4" hole to 1014' . Wiped hole and rigged to run casing. Ran 25 joints (1016. 11' O.A. incl. shoe) 8-5/8" 24# K-55 new Armco 8 rd, thde seamless casing and cemented at 1014' with 400 sacks class "G" cement premixed with 4% gel followed by 100 sacks class "G" cement treated with 3% calcium chloride. Had full circulation throughout with 350 of cement returns. Used 1 top rubber plug and displaced with 363 cf water. C.I.P, 7:00 A.M. 9/15/70. Used B.J. Service equipment and materials. L 9/15/70 Cut off conductor and casing and installed B" series 900 casing flange. Tested welds to 3000 psi. Set in double hydraulic Shaffer gate and Hydril "GK". Hooked up lines and flanged up cellar connections. Tested blind rams to 1500 psi., okay. Picked up 7-7/8" drilling assembly and tagged top of cement at 984' . Tested casing and pipe rams to 1500 psi, okay. Drilled out cement and shoe and drilled 7-7/8" hole to 2912' . Mud: 74#, 41 secs. Totco surveys: 1014' 0015'; 2912' 0015' . 9/16/70 Drilled 7-7/8" hole to 39151 . Conditioned mud for open-hole test. Mud: 73-1/2#: 44 secs.; 2/32"; 5.6 cc; 1/2%; 0.5 Pf; 45 G/Ge 9/17/70 Ran Johnston MFE tool on 4" drillpipe on 5-3/4" drillcollars, -dry, and set packers at 3901' and 3907' with perforated anchor to 3915' . Opened 1/2" BHC at 11:22 A.M. 9/17/70 and took 3 minute preflow. Had strong blow of air with GTS in 3 minutes. Closed in at 11:25 A.M. and took 21 minute initial shut-in pressure. Opened for flow test on 5/16" choke nipple at 11:46 A.M. Had strong blow of gas increasing to a 2,980MCF/D rate in 14 minutes with 1325 psi flowing pressure. Shut in at 12:07 A.M. after 21 minute flow period to bleed off leaking drillpipe. Opened on 1/2" choke nipple at 12:37 P..M. after 30 minute shut-in period. Had clean gas increasing after 10 minutes to a nearly stabilized rate of 5,775 MCF/D with 1000 psi flowing pressure. Unloaded rat-hole mud as a very faint mist in 10 minutes. Shut in at 1:00 P.M. after a flow period of 23 minutes on a 1/2" choke nipple and
