Totco survey: 4421' O0151 . 9/19/70 With open-ended drillpipe hung at 4408', mixed 50 sacks class "G" cement treated with 3% calcium chloride and equalized at 4240' . Ran 20 of water ahead and 5 of water behind and displaced with 253 cf mud. C.I.P. 1:05 P.M. 9/19/70. B. J. Service. Laid down drill collars and drillpipe. Ran 109 Joints 4-1/2" 9.50# K-55 8 rd. thd. ST&C new Armco seamless casing and cemented at 4119' with 250 sacks class G" cement treated with 0.75% D-31. Used 1 top and 1 bottom rubber plug and displaced with 380 of mud. Ran 75 of water and 50 of mud flush ahead. Had full circulation throughout. C.I.P. 5:10 A.M. 9/20/70. Calculated top annular cement 29001 . Used B. J. Service equipment and materials. Casing equipped with Davis-Lynch guide shoe and fillup collar at top of 2nd Joint. Top fillup collar 4044' K.B. Used 3 antelope solidifiers per Joint on first 10 joints. Reciprocated casing 20' while mixing and displacing cement. 9/20/70 Landed casing, installed 8" x 6" series 900 tubing spool and tested to 3500 psi, okay. Installed second-hand christmas tree. Released rig at 9:30 A.M. 9/20/70. 10/6/70 Jack Owens Service Co. moved in and rigged up. Removed tree and installed double mechanical Shaffer gate. Picked up and measured in with used 2-3/8" tubing open-ended. Tagged top of cement at 4026' . Reverse circulated and conditioned cement-cut mud. Pressure tested pipe rams and casing to 1000 psi, okay. Pulled tubing. Rigged up Welex and ran cement-bond log. Tagged top of cement at 4025' . Logged from 4025' to 3300' . Good bond indicated throughout with top annular cement 3325' . Ran neutron correlation log from 4025' to 35001 . Jet perforated 4-1/2" casing with 4 holes at 3900' with 3-1/8" super dynajet gun. Ran 4 stands and closed well in at 3:30 A.M.
