Per your request, we <br /> are submitted this letter to supersede any prior,conflicting letters submitted on behalf of i <br /> BCID related to the application identified above ("Project" or"Subdivision"). In order to j <br /> avert impacts from supplying water to the Project, BCID requests the County implement <br /> the following conditions should it approve the Project: <br /> i <br /> 1) The recorded map shall include, identify, and dedicate a 25' private reciprocal <br /> irrigation easement across and through Parcels 1 through 17 for the benefit of <br /> Parcels 1 through 17, and said easement shall be recorded upon conveyance of <br /> ownership of any of the Parcels 1 through 17. The recorded map shall also <br /> identify the BCID Connection Point described in the preceding condition. <br /> 2) The map shall not be recorded without BCID's signature thereon. <br /> 3) The map shall reference an attached and recorded Notice of Minor Subdivision <br /> Restriction which shall run with the land and survive the recording of any Final <br /> Map(s) and will include the following information: <br /> A. BCID will provide water only to the eastern edge of Koster Road j <br /> where there currently exist two pipelines located on Parcel 12 on <br /> the Subdivision Map ("BCID Connection Point") and BCID shall <br /> have no responsibility for ensuring that water is delivered to <br /> individual landowners beyond that BCID Connection Point.
