Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated Land Use Analysis Program, <br /> including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis methods, impact significance <br /> criteria,and mitigation. <br /> This project does not meet the Tier 2 threshold; thus, no additional environmental <br /> documentation is requested at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within Inner Approach Departure Zone (IAZ), Inner Turning Zone (ITZ), <br /> Outer Approach Departure Zone (OADZ), Traffic Pattern Zone (TPZ), and Airport Influence Area <br /> (AIA) of New Jerusalem Airport.The minor subdivision is compatible with the 2009 San Joaquin <br /> County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) <br /> (http://www.sicog.org/DocumentCenter/View/17). <br /> A deed notice is requested for new residential development within any airport's influence area <br /> (AIA),per California Civil Code and San Joaquin County's ALUCP.These notices are a form of buyer <br /> awareness measure whose objective is to ensure that prospective buyers of airport area <br /> property, particularly residential property, are informed about the airport's impact on the <br /> property. A statement similar to the following should be included on the deed for any real <br /> property subject to the deed notice requirements set forth in the San Joaquin County Airport <br /> Land Use Compatibility Plan.Such notice should be recorded by the county of San Joaquin.Also, <br /> this deed notice should be included on any parcel map, tentative map, or final map for <br /> 11Page <br />
