It appears that this proposed 11-acre property was originally considered in the initial <br /> groundwater study. <br /> Environmental Health Division will have an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed <br /> CSA 44A Wastewater Treatment Plant during the design phase for this additional waste stream. <br /> In regards to the provision of public water for this 11-acre project, Environmental Health <br /> Division is aware that the applicant will be required to pay appropriate costs to connect the <br /> increased housing units to the CSA 44A. <br /> Environmental Health Division has no objection to the proposed General Plan Amendment and <br /> Zone Reclassification for this 11-acre project area. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services F809 <br />
