SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-01-86 OF LEONARD _ JJ & GLADYS VIEIRA(C/O APPLIED LNG TECHNOLOGIES). A Site Approval application to establish a liquefied natural gas(LNG) production facility. Located on the northside of Wildwood Road, 3600' east of Jack Tone Road, east of Stockton(APN: 203-030-02; Address: 14629 E.Wildwood Road, Stockton). Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner; Greg Dahl,Applied LNG Technologies; Leonard Vieira, owner;Dick Dyer,representing Vieira Trust; Tracy and J.D.Hunt,North Star Recourses were present for this item. Ms.Jolley presented the project. Ms.Jolley reviewed the Community Development Departments access requirements, and discussed options regarding the access issue. Mr. J.D.Hunt stated that at the time the map was drawn the property had not been surveyed. Mr.J.D. Hunt indicated that the property has now been surveyed and it is their understanding that the property line will not be on anyone else's property.Ms. Jolley asked Mr.J.D.Hunt if he could bring in a revised site plan showing the property line. Mr. J. D. Hunt indicated yes. Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that the Department will need the revised site plan prior to approval. Ms.Jolley informed the applicants that the State Clearinghouse has a 30 (thirty)days to review the application. Ms.Jolley indicated that the Community Development Department cannot act on this project until January 4, 2002, and asked that the site plan be submitted prior to January 4,2002. Ms.Jolley reviewed the Community Development requirements.
