Preliminary engineering shall be prepared to demonstrate the feasibility and adequacy of the <br /> proposed plant to handle the additional waste stream from this proposed area. In accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2,the public wastewater disposal <br /> system shall comply with the requirement of San Joaquin County Public Works Department and <br /> the Environmental Health Division. Environmental Health Division is requesting that adequate <br /> information about the wastewater treatment plant and its capabilities be provided to our office <br /> prior to supporting the General Plan Amendment and 'Zone Reclassification. <br /> In addition, the applicant needs to prepare an amended report by a California Registered Engineer <br /> or a Registered Environmental Assessor addressing the additional groundwater use and its <br /> availability and reliability for the proposed development density. This report needs to be <br /> completed in order for Environmental Health Division to support the General Plan Amendment <br /> and Zone Reclassification. <br /> NOTE: A previous study was completed addressing Environmental Health Division <br /> concerns prior to approval of General Plan Amendment 01-02 and Zoite Reclassification <br /> 01-07.
