The existing Linne Estates waste water treatment plant (WWTP) is <br /> to be expanded to accommodate, in addition to other properties, <br /> sewage capacity for Lindley Estates lots 13 through 1.8 and the <br /> "Designated Remainder" parcel. <br /> 2. The undersigned hereby understands that no building permits for <br /> lots 1.3 through 18 will be issued until: <br /> a. The WWTP expansion is deemed completed and operational <br /> by S.J. County. <br /> b. The residence located on the "Designated Remainder", under <br /> EHD permit and inspection shall: <br /> 1. Abandon and backfill any septic system on the <br /> premises. <br /> 2. Connect to public sewer and water. <br /> 3. Destroy well by permitted well driller or provide <br /> an approved back Row device meeting S.J. <br /> County Public Works requirements. <br /> Sue Lindley <br />
