Also note 36 months to satisfy <br /> conditions (and record map?). <br /> 3. Lindly—Aurora Transportation — (G.P:01-14-/ZR-01-10) <br /> Where-as Lindly initially agreed to join in the Linne Estates LLC application, and <br /> participated in the D.C. meeting, subsequently and just prior to the P.C.hearing, she <br /> refused inclusion on the basis of desiring a map containing lots and improvements <br /> restricted to the boundaries of her 11.32 acre parcel. This change of direction caused <br /> the LLC a substantial delay wherein a revised application was processed to the P.C. for a <br /> G.P./Zone boundary decision. <br /> Jose Alva is representing Ms. Lindly and the matter is scheduled for D.C. on 12/26/01. <br /> The undersigned is hopeful that staff can achieve a policy that would preclude the <br /> anticipated protracted dialogue relative to the relationship between the applicants and <br /> County staff.
