Applicant shall have a Califomia State Registered Engineer conduct a Soil Suitability Study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A review fee of$186.00 is due at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsitc wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
