Linne Road approximately 800 feet
west of S. Chrisman Road, south of Tracy.
Background
On June 13, 1979, the San Joaquin County Planning Department approved PM-79-0192
to subdivide a 59 acre parcel into two 29.5 acre lots. The purpose of the subdivision
application was to settle an estate between two family members. Because the proposed
subdivision was considered "inconsistent with the agricultural designation of the
property", a condition was placed on the Parcel Map stating that Parcel B would not be a
residential building site.
On June 24, 2004, the Community Development Department approved Lot Line
Adjustment application PA-0400293 to adjust the parcel lines of four parcels, one of
which was classified as a non-residential building site by PM-79-0192. As a result,
Condition of Approval 1e.(1) states that Parcel 4 (now 49.85 acres in size) shall not be
used as a residential building site.
