Findings <br /> For amendments to a parcel map or a final map, the Review Authority shall find that all <br /> of the following are true: (Development Title Section 9-878.4[c]) <br /> (1) There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such <br /> map no longer appropriate or necessary. <br /> • This finding can be made because under current regulations for the AG-40 zone, <br /> a single family residence is a permitted use. (Development Title Section 9-605.2) <br /> (2) The amendments do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of <br /> the property. <br /> • This finding can be made because allowing Parcel 4 (or Parcel B) to be a <br /> residential building site would not pose any additional burden on the current <br /> property owner. <br /> (3) The amendments do not alter any right, title, or interest in the real property on the <br /> recorded map. <br /> • This finding can be made because the right, title or interest of real property will <br /> not be altered by allowing Parcel 4 (or Parcel B) to be a residential building site. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Revision of Approved Actions application has been tentatively scheduled for the <br /> Planning Commission hearing on November 4, 2004.
