(DISTRICT 5) <br /> APPLICANT: Triple E Engineering PROPERTY OWNER: Birla Ramesh <br /> APN. 249-080-23 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of <br /> Linne Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 248-080-23 to the <br /> property line across the parcel's frontage. (A$280.00 fee currently is required for processing <br /> per Development Title Table 9-240.2. In addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal <br /> description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current <br /> fee schedule.)
