(D <br /> Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-01-36 <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Linne Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way for a Minor Arterial. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred, at the discretion of the Department of Public Works, <br /> and, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a <br /> deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A <br /> $325.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 248-080-23 and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.) (The fee due will be <br /> based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 4. Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a 30-foot wide right-of-way along the easterly <br /> property line from the southeast corner of the property to a point four hundred feet north from <br /> said property corner of APN 248-080-23. <br /> 5. The frontage improvements for a new road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way for a Rural Road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred, at the discretion of the Department of Public Works, <br /> and, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a <br /> deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 6. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 7. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the �I <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 8. Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch maximum <br /> depth) and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map.
