The frontage improvements for Linne Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way for a Minor Arterial. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred, at the discretion of the Department of Public Works, <br /> and, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a <br /> deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
