The frontage improvements for Linne Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way for a Minor Arterial. The construction of the frontage improvements may be deferred, at the discretion of the Department of Public Works, and, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $325.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 248-080-23 and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a 30-foot wide right-of-way along the easterly property line from the southeast corner of the property to a point four hundred feet north from said property corner of APN 248-080-23. 5. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) 8. Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch maximum depth) and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map.
