f. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> g. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The parking surfacing requirement for small wineries shall be chip seal or an alternative <br /> surfacing material. (Development Title Section 9-1075.5[i]) <br /> (2) A minimum of 8 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 accessible space which shall be <br /> van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance <br /> (C.C.R, Title 24) (2.5 spaces are required for every 1,000 square feet of building area) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) A total of 33 additional parking spaces(1 space is required for every 3 attendees)shall be <br /> provided for marketing events. Marketing event parking spaces may be alternative surfacing <br /> material. <br /> (4) Parking for marketing events shall be located on a maintained grass area to ensure a dust-free <br /> surface. <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Parcel Map: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles, expect that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5(h)[1]) <br /> j. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> k. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way of Linne <br /> Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.7) <br /> (2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage.
