A $260.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing, per Development Tifte Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, <br /> legal descriptions of Parcels 1, 2, and 3, and an estimate. The estimate and legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing with <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $115.00. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-910.20) <br /> f. A review fee of$156.00 is required at the time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal any abandoned wells under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5- <br /> 4207) <br /> d. All abandoned refrigeration, freezer boxes, garbage, and other solid waste material must <br /> be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400). <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcels 1 and 2 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development.
