A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Tifte Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1, 2, and 3, and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of $115.00. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) C. Destroy or properly seal any abandoned wells under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5- 4207) d. All abandoned refrigeration, freezer boxes, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400). e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcels 1 and 2 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) f. Construct individual domestic water wells on Parcels 1 and 2 under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development.
