m. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes and <br /> ordinances. <br /> (2) Combustible materials shall have a maximum storage height of twelve (12) feet. If stored <br /> materials exceed the maximum twelve (12)foot height limit, fire sprinklers shall be required. <br /> (3) Key Boxes:A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 0-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
