Weber Ave., Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95201-0388
Re: Disposal of wastewater for existing septic tanks, Land Use Application#PA-04-767
at the Olde Lockeford Winery Site.
Dear Lisa:
Per our discussion earlier, this letter serves as our response to your letter dated 1-4-05,
requesting information per the above reference.
In late 1999 and early 2000 Ted Norgard of the SJ County Environmental Health Dept.
inspected all three active septic tank locations at the Vino Piazza and also inspected the
closure of a fourth septic location. All tanks were pumped out and contents disposed by a
local licensed septic hauler under Mr. Norgard's supervision. The current domestic waste
that is produced by the three bathroom facilities is disposed by their associated leach
fields. No additional pumping has taken place since 2000.
All winery process-water and future restaurant wash-watef Will be collected in the current
winery collection system and disposed offsite at EBMUD under our current Permit.
Please call me if you have any question or need additional information.
Sincerely,
Principal
