d. The driveway approach on Locke Road shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145.5) <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee is currently$164.86 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution <br /> 00-433) <br /> f. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. Verification <br /> shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is required <br /> upon submittal of verification. <br /> Conditions of Approval -4 - PA-03-4 <br />
