Test Hole No. 1 indicated percolation at 5.3 minutes per
inch and Test Hole No. 2 indicated percolation at 7 . 2
minutes per inch.
CONCLUSION
Based upon the results of the percolation tests, interview
and other data , it is my opinion that the subject property
is suitable for septic systems, and that the use of septic
systems should not impact or degradate the existing water
table at the density proposed . I recommend that 12,000
S.F . be reserved South of the existing structure for leach
area expansion .
LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information
provided regarding the existing and proposed development,
and on the site conditions as they existed at the time we
performed the percolation test . It was assumed that the
test hole and percolation test results are representative
of an average of the subsurface conditions in the general
area .
Our professional services were performed , our findings
obtained , and our conclusions proposed , in accordance with
generally accepted engineering principles and practices .
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either
expressed , or implied .
