Owner : Martha Hieb <br /> 13972 North Locust Tree Road <br /> Location : This is the site <br /> Septic : System is thirty-five years old , no <br /> problems reported . <br /> GROUND WATER <br /> The owners agricultural well was sounded on June 25, 1991 <br /> with the depth to ground water recorded at 105 feet . <br /> During our interview with many of the neighbors, they <br /> indicated the depth to ground water was approximately 110 <br /> feet . <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br /> Study, Fall 1985, indicated a Depth to Ground Water of <br /> approximately 90 to 100 feet (Exhibit 3) and a water <br /> gradient which fell about ten feet per mile in a southerly <br /> direction (Exhibit 4 ) . <br /> WATER <br /> Water samples were collected on November 18, 1991 by a <br /> representative of F .G.L . Laboratories and tested for <br /> DibromochloropropanL' (DBCP) and Nitrates . The results are <br /> included as Exhibits 5A and 59. <br /> The results show Nitrate levels at not detected and DBCP <br /> level at 0.05 ppb. <br /> SOILS AND PERCOLATION TESTS <br /> The "Soils of San Joaquin County , California" as published <br /> by the University of California indicates the predominant <br /> soils type at the site to be Greenfield Sandy Loam brownish <br /> in color with some red clay . <br /> Two six inch diameter by three foot deep percolation test <br /> holes were dug on the property . A percolation test was run <br /> on June b, 1991 under permit and inspection by San Joaquin <br /> Public Health Services. The location of the test holes and <br /> the test results are shown on Exhibit b . <br />
