(Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> m) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All project storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of- <br /> ways. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not <br /> permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum <br /> of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> o) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U-1 occupancy to a M/S-1 <br /> occupancy (U.B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with <br /> all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy <br /> and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall <br /> prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4 <br />
