The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $206.58 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$850.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Manufacturing. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 7. Wastewater discharge is regulated by the State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB). Therefore, the <br /> applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the SWRCB to obtain coverage under the General Industrial <br /> Storm Water Permit. <br /> Note: <br /> Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre but are part of a <br /> larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain coverage under the <br /> General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity(Construction General Permit, <br /> 99-08-DWQ).
