Care should be taken to mitigate runoff from various dairy waste piles <br /> generated from dairy operations including the large manure pile near the pole <br /> barn (Photograph 6), corral solid piles generated from the solids separating <br /> operations and the manure drying area (Photograph 33). Runoff from these <br /> areas should be recycled into the dairy operations/lagoon ponds. <br /> 5. Leaks from AST tanks should be stopped upon observation to prevent <br /> _ potential impact to exposed soil areas. <br /> 6. This report should be forwarded to San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department based on their request for this information. <br /> 5.4. DEVIATIONS <br /> No significant deviations were made from the ASTM E 1527-05 practice as relevant to <br /> conducted a site reconnaissance.
