Tank number 1 is listed as a 3,000-gallon regular fuel tank and tank number 2 is <br /> a 1,000-gallon regular fuel tank. No violations are reported in association with this <br /> facility. <br /> Vanderschaaf Ranch, listed at the same address as Smith Ranch, appears on the <br /> SWEEPS UST database. The facility appears on this database due to two 250-gallon <br /> underground storage tanks, which contain leaded fuel. <br /> Harry D. Vieira, located at 15312 S. Van Allen Rd., adjacent to the east of the site, <br /> appears on the HIST UST database. The facility appears on this database due to 2 <br /> USTs, a 280-gallon and a 340-gallon regular fuel tanks. No violations are reported in <br /> association with the facility. <br /> Franzia, John Jr., located at 20100 Zumwalt Road, adjacent to the south of the site, <br /> appears on the HIST UST and SWEEPS UST databases. The facility appears on <br /> these database due to 550-gallon diesel UST. The tank is reported to have been <br /> installed in 1982 and stock inventory is the leak detection method. No violations are <br /> reported in association with this facility. <br /> Doornanbal Farms, located at 14744 Carrolton Road, adjacent to the northeast of the <br /> subject site, appears on the HIST UST database. The facility appears on this database <br /> due to the presence of a 550-gallon regular fuel tank. No violates are reported in <br /> association with this facility. <br /> 4.2. ADDITIONAL AGENCY ENVIRONMENTAL RECORDS <br /> Local regulatory agencies were contacted for reasonably ascertainable and practically <br /> reviewable documentation regarding recognized environmental conditions present at <br /> the subject site and adjacent facilities. Interviews with local regulatory agency <br /> representatives are included in Chapter 7 of this report and copies of the <br /> documentation obtained by Kleinfelder are included in Appendix D of this report. The <br /> following agencies were contacted for documentation. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) was <br /> contacted on April 4, 2006 for information regarding leaking underground storage <br /> tanks, hazardous materials and/or petroleum product incidents on the site or in <br /> the vicinity of the site. SJC/EHD contained a UST file for the onsite address <br /> 15355 Van Allen Road. The file contained inspection reports and underground <br /> tank disposition records. According to the file two 350 gallon UST's were <br /> removed from the site in February of 1990. The tanks were reported as a diesel <br /> and a gasoline tank.
