k'q KLEINEELDER
Approximately seven residential structures are located in the western portion of the
parcel. A single residence (19996 Lone Tree Road) is located in the northwest portion
of the site. A garage, pole-shed and propane AST is associated with the residence. A
pole-mounted transformer is located south of the residence. A steel plate covered vault
is located to the west of the residence. Trending west from the vault is an irrigation
canal.
Located in the southwestern portion of the parcel is a group of six residential structures
(19990, 19998, 19994, 19992 and 20036 Lone Tree Road), three barns, two sheds and
various small structures. A domestic well is located in the northwest corner of this group
of structures. Two propane AST's were noted associated with the residences. The
northwest barn contained tractors, household furniture and items and several 55-gallon
drums containing unknown contents. The barn contained a concrete floor, which
appeared to be in good condition. The southwest barn contained a caterpillar tractor, a
large tire pile of approximately 50+ tires in the western portion of the barn. The center of
the barn contained almond husks. The barn contained a concrete floor, which appeared
to be in good condition. A pool of discolored water with a oil sheen is located north of
the barn. According to Mr. Dotinga, the discoloration and oil sheen is due to liquid from
the cattle feed and almond husks. The central barn contained automobiles in the
northern and southern ends of the barn. The center of the barn contained cattle feed.
The barn contained a concrete floor, which appeared to be in good condition. East of
this barn is a concrete pad. According to Mr. Dotinga, two silos were located on this
concrete pad in the past. South of the barn is a three walled structure, which contains a
plastic covered pile of cattle feed. A small pond of water is located south of the feed.
Approximately six automobiles have been piled on the northeast corner of the outer wall
of the feed pile. The two sheds located east of the barns contained automobiles, and
household trash. An open area is located between the northwest barn and the sheds.
Within this area is a loading ramp made of soil, a concrete box, farm equipment, and a
large empty metal tank on wood blocks. The concrete box according to Mr. Dotinga,
formally contained a diesel aboveground storage tank (AST), from a previous farmer.
There did not appear to be any staining or stressed vegetation on or around the
concrete box. There did not appear to be any leaking, staining, or stressed vegetation
associated with the metal tank. According to Mr. Dotinga, the empty metal tank was
previously a diesel AST, which was located in this area.
Three large ponds are located in the south center of the site. The ponds are
approximately 1300 feet long and 125 feet wide each. According to Mr. Dotinga, the
ponds are approximately 30 feet deep. Piping was noted trending into the ponds and
pumps were located adjacent to and in the ponds. Located on the west end between
the northern ponds is a large soil pile. The soil appears to be from the ponds. Located
southwest of the ponds is a debris pile (approximately 50'x20') of wood clippings, wood
debris, household trash and household furniture.
The dairy is located in the southeast portion of APN 205-100-16. A majority of the dairy
area consists of corrals and dairy barns. Located along the southeast border of the site
and dairy area are two diesel tanks, one located on wood blocks on the ground, the
67453.P01/ST06R715/RB:ly Page 23 of 37
©2006 Kleinfelder, Inc.
