Van Allen Road, adjacent to the east of the <br /> southern portion of the site, appears on the Hazardous Substance Storage <br /> Container (HIST) database. The facility appears on the HIST database due to <br /> two underground storage tanks. Tank number 1 is listed as a 3,000-gallon <br /> regular fuel tank and tank number 2 is a 1,000-gallon regular fuel tank. No <br /> violations are reported in association with this facility. <br /> 22.Vanderschaaf Ranch, listed at the same address as Smith Ranch, appears on <br /> the SWEEPS UST database. The facility appears on this database due to two <br /> 250-gallon underground storage tanks, which contain leaded fuel. <br /> 23.Harry D. Vieira, located at 15312 S. Van Allen Rd., adjacent to the east of the <br /> site, appears on the HIST UST database. The facility appears on this database <br /> due to 2 USTs, a 280-gallon and a 340-gallon regular fuel tanks. No violations . <br /> are reported in association with the facility. <br /> 24.Franzia, John Jr., located at 20100 Zumwalt Road, adjacent to the south of the <br /> site, appears on the HIST UST and SWEEPS UST databases. The facility <br /> appears on these database due to 550-gallon diesel UST. The tank is reported <br /> to have been installed in 1982 and stock inventory is the leak detection method. <br /> No violations are reported in association with this facility. <br /> 25.Doornanbal Farms, located at 14744 Carrolton Road, adjacent to the northeast <br /> ` of the subject site, appears on the HIST UST database. The facility appears on <br /> this database due to the presence of a 550-gallon regular fuel tank. No violates <br /> are reported in association with this facility. <br /> 26.Several offsite USTs have been noted upgradient and near to the subject site. <br /> _ The client should be aware that although no leaks have been reported from <br /> these tanks, if they were to leak they could contribute to groundwater <br /> contaminants beneath the subject site. <br /> 8.3. DEVIATIONS <br /> No significant deviations were made from the ASTM E 1527-00 practice.
