(The fee is $2, 018 . 00 for each single family <br /> dwelling unit in the Escalon area. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a. PARCEL 1 <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study as required by section 9- <br /> 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code <br /> must be performed prior to recording the Parcel <br /> Map to determine that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage . <br /> 2. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Department for approval by the <br /> Environmental Health Division showing sewage and <br /> well information as required by the improvement <br /> plan. <br /> 3 . Construction of an individual domestic water well , <br /> on each lot , under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Dibision at the time of <br /> development . <br />
