San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division guidelines for percolation tests require a <br /> percolation test be run on each parcel. As stated in our Environmental Health Division conditions letter dated August 17, 1999, <br /> c ndition `B"requires that the existing private water well be tested for the chemical <br /> V. <br /> ibromochloropropane (DBCP). Your study fails to provide us with these results. <br /> Condition `B" also requires the well be tested for nitrates. Your study indicates the well <br /> water tested 3.91 mg/1 for nitrates.
