Phase One includes the conversion of an existing 8,700 square foot <br /> agricultural storage building into an agricultural preparation and storage building. Phase <br /> Two, with building permits to be issued in five years, includes the conversion of an <br /> existing 11,300 square foot agricultural storage building into storage for packaged <br /> product. (Use Type: Agricultural Processing — Preparation Services) <br /> The General Plan designation of the parcel is A/L (Limited Agriculture) and the zoning is <br /> AL-10 (Limited Agriculture, 10-acre minimum). <br /> The project site is located on the south side of E. Lone Tree Road, 3,000 feet east of <br /> Escalon-Bellota Road, Escalon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the above referenced <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Background <br /> On August 25, 1999, the Community Development Department approved Site Approval <br /> application number SA-99-0062 for a farm equipment repair operation to occupy an <br /> existing 7,500 square foot agricultural storage building. <br /> Paint Booth <br /> There is an existing paint booth on the property that is not depicted on the site plan. <br /> The applicant will need to clarify the use of the structure, and depict the structure on a <br /> 1 <br />
