The eastern half of the <br /> `. subject site was flooded. There were no structures on the subject site. <br /> Adjacent to the northeast comer of the subject site was a single structure with a trailer located to <br /> L. the south. There was a square cleared area located around the trailer. There were 5 visible <br /> circular and square objects located in the northeast corner of this area. Adjacent near the <br /> northern border near the center were three structures and a trailer. There was visible landscaping <br /> along the northern border of this site. There was no visible above ground storage tanks in this <br /> area. There were no structures <br /> visible on the subject site. <br /> Adjacent to the northeast comer were two structures. The structures appeared to be a rural <br /> residence and a barn. There were multiple cars parked throughout this area. A cleared, dirt <br /> square shaped area was surrounding the structures. Adjacent to the subject site near the central <br /> ` northern border were two structures. The structures appeared to be a residence and a barn. There <br /> was a cleared area surrounding the structures. There were no automobiles present in this area. <br /> The remaining adjacent areas were agricultural fields with rural residences scattered throughout <br /> .. the area.
