Kleinfelder, Inc. requested a search of Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps by EDR. Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps of the Escalon area did not include the subject site according to EDR's research. r. 5.3 CITY OR SUBURBAN DIRECTORIES Polk City Directories and Haines Criss-Cross Directories provide information regarding property occupants by address. The Polk Directories were not published on an annual basis for the city of Escalon. Haines Criss-Cross Directories for the city of Escalon were reviewed for the period beginning in 1971 through 1998, the county library's most current holding. r There were no listings in the Polk City Directory and the Haines Criss-Cross Directory for the r addresses within or adjacent to the subject site. 5.4 INTERVIEWS r A list of contacts for interviews about the subject site were not provided by the client. Interviews may provide information about the past use of the land.
