No records were found for the subject property or vicinity within the 95320 zip code. L3.1.4 Escalon Fire District f The Escalon Fire District was contacted by telephone regarding hazardous materials incidents in the L vicinity of the subject property. Mr. Cassidy Bohannon,Firefighter, stated that there have been a few oil spills in the vicinity which have been appropriately cleaned up. He was not aware of any other incidents in the area. The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners office10 was contacted regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. Ms. Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's I office found records for the subject property under the name of Green Farms (Appendix F). Based �. on review of these records,it appears that rice has been grown on the property since at least 2000.
