L1.2 Proposed Development L A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by Aspen Survey Company. The parcel division is depicted on a map in Appendix A. The parcel division will create four parcels that are approximately 10 acres in size. The end parcel on the east side will have an existing } home. The other three parcels will be used in the future for residential and agriculture. L 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES L 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records LA chain of title report not was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. 2.2 Aerial Photographs L Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California'. Two additional photographs, Ldated 1993 and 2002,were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. In the 1937 photograph,a portion of the subject property was used for agricultural crops and a portion was grazing land.Adjacent land to the north is used for agricultural crops and residental homes,adjacent L land to the south is used for agricultural crops,adjacent land to the west is used for grazing,and adjacent land to the east is used for agricultural crops and an orchard. The area is mainly agricultural with a few ! scattered residences. L In the 1952 photograph,a portion of the subject property was used for agricultural crops and a portion was grazing land. Adjacent lands include residences and Lone Tree Road to the north,across which is L agricultural crops. To the south,east and west are agricultural crops.The area remains agricultural and rural residential L In the 1963 photograph, there is a house located on the east side of the property. A portion of the property around the house is planted in a row crop. The remainder of the property is a rice field. Adjacent lands include residences and Lone Tree Road to the north, across which is a residence and L agricultural crops,to the south is agricultural crops,to the east is a residence and agricultural crop,and to the west is a residence and agricultural crops.
