The parcel division is depicted on a map in Appendix A. The parcel division will create <br /> four parcels that are approximately 10 acres in size. The end parcel on the east side will have an existing <br /> } home. The other three parcels will be used in the future for residential and agriculture. <br /> L 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> L 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> LA chain of title report not was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> L Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California'. Two additional photographs, <br /> Ldated 1993 and 2002,were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1937 photograph,a portion of the subject property was used for agricultural crops and a portion <br /> was grazing land.Adjacent land to the north is used for agricultural crops and residental homes,adjacent <br /> L land to the south is used for agricultural crops,adjacent land to the west is used for grazing,and adjacent <br /> land to the east is used for agricultural crops and an orchard. The area is mainly agricultural with a few <br /> ! scattered residences. <br /> L <br /> In the 1952 photograph,a portion of the subject property was used for agricultural crops and a portion <br /> was grazing land. Adjacent lands include residences and Lone Tree Road to the north,across which is <br /> L agricultural crops. To the south,east and west are agricultural crops.The area remains agricultural and <br /> rural residential <br /> L In the 1963 photograph, there is a house located on the east side of the property. A portion of the <br /> property around the house is planted in a row crop.
