Based on this source, it appears that none of the_agic6. rural chemicals reportedly applied to the subject property aze considered to be RUPs. ` 3.1.6 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on March 24, 2005 in an effort to obtain copies Lof permits for any water wells or septic tanks that may have been located on the subject property;no permits were found. However,a water well and septic system are located on the subject property and i used by the residence on the property. L 3.1.7 Department ofOil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources The California Department of Oil, Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)well map W5-314 was L reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are depicted on or within one-quarter mile of the subject property. L3.1.8 Pacific Gas&Electric LOne pole-mounted transformer is located on the subject property. One pole-mounted transformer is located on adjacent property to the north,and three pole-mounted transformers are located on adjacent property to the west. The transformers are owned by PG&E but did not have blue stickers on them indicating that they are PCB free. PG&E is responsible for the transformers and any damage,leakage L of fluids, or replacement of the transformer. The only way to determine the PCB content of transformers without blue PCB-free or silver retrofit stickers is to have them tested, a service which LPG&E can provide for a chargets.
