We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 40 6. septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. The general area consists of agriculture with a few residences. 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity CThe following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at ` EHD on September 16,2006: Table 1.
