(4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7'/:) feet wide <br /> and sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and <br /> make up no more than twenty-five (25%) of the required spaces. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (6) Eight(8)bicycle parking racks or storage devices are required. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two- <br /> way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h]) <br /> f. LOADING: Three (3) truck loading spaces shall be provided. Each spaceshall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one <br /> of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> 9. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according the standards set forth <br /> in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to modorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a <br /> ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The stripshall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of <br /> landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping <br /> along the street frontage. Twenty-nine(29) trees, five (5) gallons in size, shall be <br /> planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot.
