(4) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (7'/:) feet wide and sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more than twenty-five (25%) of the required spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[d]) (6) Eight(8)bicycle parking racks or storage devices are required. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two- way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- 1015.5[h]) f. LOADING: Three (3) truck loading spaces shall be provided. Each spaceshall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) 9. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to modorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The stripshall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (3) The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage.
