LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1020.7) (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Twenty-six (26) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot.
