CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> a• SA-88-57 <br /> JOSEPHINE SCOTT <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Health District . <br /> 2 . Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s ) under permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District . <br /> 3 . Open , pump and backfill the septic tank , seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . <br /> 4 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . <br /> 5 . Above ground fuel tanks must be approved by the Bureau of <br /> Fire Prevention , San Joaquin County . If underground fuel <br /> tanks are to be installed , they must be permitted and <br /> approved by the Health District . <br /> 6 . Sewage effluent from the buses to be discharged to a pumpout <br /> station that is connected to the public sewer line . <br /> 7 . Sand/oil separators , if installed , must be approved by the <br /> sewer district . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site <br /> parking , and grading , shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . <br /> 2 . A 10 foot wide roadway dedication is required on Loomis <br /> Avenue along the frontage of the properties after the lot <br /> line is adjusted by LA-88-73. <br /> 3 . The frontage improvements for Loomis Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of a 60-foot right-of-way industrial street . The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements may be deferred at <br /> the option of the Department of Public Works , in which event <br /> the owners shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and <br /> issuance of a Building Permit . (A $250. 00 processing fee is <br /> required for processing per Ordinance 3337) . <br /> 1 <br />
