SA-88-57 <br /> August 22 , 1988 <br /> Page Three <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> d . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 3. The Construction Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a. Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space( s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Identification signs for the parking space(s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space (C .A. C. , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> C . The slope of the parking space( s ) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A six (6 ) foot high uniformly painted solid fence shall run <br /> the north 300 feet of the east property line. <br /> 2 . The sewage dump station , and space for buses using the dump <br /> station , shall be located outside of the twenty-four ( 24 ) <br /> foot wide two-way traffic area. <br /> 3. Lights shall not illuminate adjacent properties or create a <br /> glare problem. <br /> 4. All buses shall be parked indoors . <br /> 5 . A trash enclosure , constructed on three sides with a solid <br /> wall and gated on the fourth side , shall be provided . <br />
