ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[f][1]) <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall no cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> h. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> b) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.,Title 24. <br /> c) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '%inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> d) Provide on van parking space. <br /> 2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code,Table 4-1. <br /> 3) Provide engineered plans for structure, accessible restrooms, and parking. <br /> 4) Soils Report shall include the following: <br /> a) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> b) A copy of the Soils Report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division, Plan Check <br /> Section, at the time of the final submittal. <br /> 5) Provide twenty (20)foot separation between structures or provide a one(1) hour separation. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2- <br />
