Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study .indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance anc a of the application as requited by Section 9-1105.2(4) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. .A nitrate loading study is required and a <br /> review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal-to E.H.D. <br /> b. Construction of'individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Bnvir+oamental Health. Division is raptured at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees and <br /> customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded aded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that speci w purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service conneptions exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, moved and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400.
