� J (2) A minimum 20 parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible space, which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and small be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access is to be provided by a 20-foot wide private right-of-way from the east end of Lorenzen Road. The first 100 feet of the access road from Lorenzen Road shall be paved. The remainder of the access road shall be surfaced with a minimum of four inches of aggregate base. g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage maferials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way including the adjacent river. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) h. SOIL REMOVAL: No material excavated during construction of the approved facility shall be removed from the site. (Development Title Section 9-1405.5) i. CUT AND FILL: No areas to be cut or filled shall be located within 25 feet of an existing levee, river, wetland area, or property boundary. j. TREE PRESERVATION, WETLAND AND RIPARIAN HABITAT: No trees or riparian habitat shall be removed. No wetland area shall be disturbed. New riparian areas shall be established as shown on the approved site plan dated October 31, 2003. A tree preservation, wetland protection, and riparian habitat plan shall be prepared by a qualified biologist for approval by the Community Development Department prior to approval of the buildinglimprovement plans. The plans shall include provisions for protecting trees, riparian habitat and wetlands during construction. k. CULTURAL RESOURCES: If, in the course of development, concentrations of prehistoric or historic- period materials are encountered, all work in the vicinity of the find shall halt until an archaeologist can evaluate the materials and make recommendations for further action. If human remains are encountered, all work shall halt in the vicinity and the County Coroner shall be notified immediately. At the same time, a qualified archaeologist shall be contacted to evaluate the finds_ If Human burials are found to be of Native American origin, steps shall be taken pursuant to Section 15064.5(e)of Guidelines for California Environmental Quality Act. I. BOATING ACTIVITIES: No water boating activities shall take place after 7:00 p.m. m. JET SKIS: No jet skis will be allowed on the lake. n. AMPLIFIED SOUND: Amplified sound will not be allowed. 2.
